Volunteer Registration Process

Adult volunteers must do the following:

  1. Complete the Troop Adult Leader Application and be approved by the Troop Coordinator and the YCA School Administrator.
  2. Complete the American Heritage Girls volunteer registration process:
  • Complete the AHG Connect online volunteer registration application.
  • Complete the online background check at Protect My Ministry.
  • Complete the AHG KEYS to Child Safety training (an online training class).
  • Complete the Adult Health and Medical History Form. *
  • Complete the Troop Transport Form* - 1/vehicle

* Required for all Unit Leaders, Assistant Unit Leaders, Board Members, and any adult volunteers who plan to accompany (chaperon) units on field trips.
