Registration Process

To register a girl for our American Heritage Girl troop, do the following:

  1. Complete the Registration Payment Form (1/family).
  2. If necessary, complete the Uniform & Handbook Order Form (1/family).
  3. Attach payment to the forms and submit to the troop or drop off at the school office. Make checks payable to Yorktown Christian Academy. Click here to pay by credit card or click on the red Donate Now button..

Once the troop has received and processed your payment, the Registrar will email an invitation to register via AHG Connect (National's online registration program).

  1. Complete the AHG Connect online registration. Please register one parent as an AHG Volunteer*

* To maintain required adult:child ratios, we ask each family to register one parent as an AHG Volunteer.

  1. Complete the Girl Health and Medical History Form. The form is valid for 12 months.
  2. Complete the Troop Meeting Permission Slip form.
